Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, our innovative SCITT programme is a huge part of our success as a Trust and provides a high standard of on-the-job training if you’re a student looking to embark on your teaching career. Exceptional trainers and practitioners deliver training at our two hubs, one in Bolton and the other in Tameside, and you’ll be partnered with a local school to observe experienced teachers at work and gain hands-on teaching practice in the classroom. You’ll become part of an energetic team of ambitious, motivated students and will be able to work with immediate professional competency upon graduation.
